At that time, we, Guangzhou Palm Fun Electronics Co., Ltd., realized that this game had the potential to become a popular redemption arcade machine. Therefore, on 2019 January 1, we signed an authorization for this utility model patent with the patent owner, permitting us to level up the gameplay based on it.
After that, we began to develop our new machine based on this patent and created a redemption game machine called “Planet Roll”.
As a R&D company, we respect intellectual property and patent projects. We never infringe on the hard work of others, and we also protect ourselves. In 2021, as our new machine development was completed, we applied for updated patents for our machine at once. And our licenses for the utility model patent and the appearance design patent were passed and published on 2021 December 7.

We have hired a powerful legal team to sue the company on this matter to protect our rights and interests, also to deal with those of others who attempting to infringe our patents.
