Testing Requirements & Methods: 
1. Place the test sample on the vibration table and secure it with a low enclosure. Specify load testing details if necessary.
2. Use two tightening straps parallel to the direction of vibration to securely fasten the platform to the vibration table and prevent collisions with the fixed enclosure during simulated transport vibration testing.
3. Forward Vibration Frequency: 210±5 (R/M)
4. Sideways Vibration Frequency: 210±5 (R/M)
5. Amplitude: 25.4±3mm
6. The vibration mode is reciprocating, with an oval motion trajectory.
7. The total vibration time is 360 minutes (180 minutes for forward and 180 minutes for sideways). 

Testing Results: PASS
Pass Standards: After the testing is finished, no parts should fall-off or loosen, the structure must not be damaged, and the machine could start up normally without any malfunctions.

2, The appearance, tempered glass, and consoles are normal after unpacking all the packing materials of the machine.

3. The turntable, bonus display, speakers, and plastic background are normal after testing.

5. Dielectric Strength Test after Vibration Testing: The requirement is AC 1500/10 mA 60S. The actual measured leakage current is 19.90 mA, judged to be qualified. 

6. Leakage current test after vibration testing: Requirement 2000μA/240VAC. The actual measured leakage current is 1911 μA, judged to be qualified.

7. Ground Resistance Test after Vibration Testing: Requirement for 26A conductivity current ≤ 50mΩ. The actual measurement is 6 mΩ, judged to be qualified.

8. Insulation Resistance Test after Vibration Testing: Requirement for 100MΩ/DC500V/70%RH. Actual measurement is greater than 100 MΩ, judged to be qualified.
