After-Sales Service is important

As we know, with the global economy recovering from the epidemic,and continuing to develop, more and more clients are purchasing arcade game machines directly from China. Along with more machines being exported to overseas markets,the after-sales services are more important to us and to clients.Then how about the after-sales service of Palm Fun Electronics? Let’s read the following case that I shared with you:

At the end of February, we received an email from Kuala Lumpur. The client asked us for help because their machine, the Magic Train with Disney skin, was malfunctioning. He needed some spare parts to fix the machine, then made the machine workable again.

But,actually,their machine isn’t sold by us, but by a distributor in the Southeast Asia area.Maybe we can ignore his requirements,but we decided to help him because, at that time,he couldn’t get any help from the distributor.

At first, I built up a communication bridge between the client and the cooperating factory. We discussed the situation in a chat group.Although they could communicate by using translation software,I also needed to explain some details during the communication.

 

A few days later, we finally had the results.We identified the malfunctions and determined which spare parts were necessary. I collected all the parts from the cooperating factory and sent them out to our client.The matter was resolved with a happy ending.

 

 

 

Through this matter,we set up a nice relationship with a potential client.We also conveyed a message to all of our clients, Palm Fun highly values the quality of our after-sales service, and we will do our best to help each client friend within our capacity.
